If taken in conjunction with a daily dosage of one of the Total Balance Formulas, Xtend Life recommends that you only take 3 tablets of Immu-Stay a day during those times of added immunological stress. Andrographis is an immunostimulant derived from the leaf and rhizome of the plant. There is evidence that taking Andrographis on a preventative basis for 2 months or longer may dramatically decrease the risk of developing a cold by about 50%.
